Yes. Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial, full feature access, and no credit card requirement. Afterward, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel without obligation.
You keep full ownership of production data and SCADA telemetry. Solarvyew uses it only for fault scores and generation metrics, never resale or aggregation. After cancellation, data is exported and deleted within 30 days under the data processing terms.
Supported systems include SMA Sunny Portal, Sungrow iSolarCloud, SolarEdge, and any system reachable through Modbus TCP. We also accept flat-file CSV exports from any historian. Contact us before signup for other platforms. New connectors are evaluated within 2 weeks.
Cancel monthly plans anytime without penalty. Annual plans allow a pro-rated refund for unused months. Cancellation starts at the end of the current billing period.
Starter and Pro customers usually set up a SCADA connector in under 30 minutes per plant. The model ingests 90 days of historical data, then builds a baseline in 24 to 72 hours, based on data volume. Enterprise includes dedicated onboarding and a custom timeline.
